If you use Realtek audio driver but has no sound on Windows 10, you can try to disable audio enhancements to see if the issue can be fixed.
To install the latest Windows 10 updates, you can press Windows + I, click Update & Security -> Windows Update, and click Check for updates button to automatically install the latest Windows updates on your Windows 10 computer. You can also check for Windows updates to update your OS to the latest version. It might be caused by the driver incompatibility issue. Realtek audio driver is not working on Windows 10. Alternatively, you can also go to Realtek official website to download and install the Realtek audio driver for your PC.
Restart your PC to automatically reinstall Realtek audio driver. Tick “Delete the driver software for this device” option and click Uninstall to uninstall Realtek audio driver from your Windows 10 computer. Right-click Realtek Audio or Realtek High Definition Audio under “Sound, video and game controllers”. 
Press Windows + X, select Device Manager to access it. Maybe someone knows how i can avoid that problem, or if i can change the rear port, so that the headphone gets recognized as headphone.Read More Tip 2. I didn't find any settings for Realtek, where i can change the Speaker to Headphone. But If do that, Realtek does recognize the Headphone for Speaker and i don't get that pop-up what i have plugged in. It looks like the Problem is gone, when I put the headphone in the rear jack. It's like the Headphones get always turned off whenever i turn off everything with sound and turn on whenever i open something with sound. If I don't play music for a while, or if I close everything with sound and I start listening again to music I get a short weird noise before the music starts. Sadly I have a problem if I use them with my PC.
